摘要
本文介绍一种终结式不间断电源,其中不包括任何功率变换器,除了控制电路之外,仅有两只作为开关用的功率MOS管。市电交流电压和蓄电池直流电压,在控制电路适时、精确的控制之下,由两只功率MOS管直接输出,实现了不间断电源的所有必要功能。
This paper describes the principle of termination type UPS. This type UPS does not require any power converter and there is only two power MOS devices to act as switch and one control circuitry. Under precise and timely control of a controller, the AC power from grid and DC power from the battery to be delivered by the two power MOS devices direct, and meet all the functions and fixtures required by a conventional UPS.
