高频数字化在线式UPS系统的设计与实现

Design of an On-line High Frequency Digital Control Uninterruptible Power System

摘要 设计了一种基于DSP芯片TMS320F28335和CPLD控制器EPM7256AETC100的高频数字化在线式交流不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply,UPS)系统,系统集有源功率因数校正、电池充放电、逆变、控制、辅助电源及人机界面等单元于一体。本文详细讨论了系统总体方案设计,介绍了基于双半波BOOST变换器的功率因数校正、基于PR控制器的逆变器双环控制、基于解耦双同步坐标系的单相锁相环等关键技术,并完成了2k VA样机设计和性能指标测试,实验和仿真结果验证了该设计方案的可行性和样机系统的可靠性。 Based on the digital signal processer of TMS320 F28335 and the complex programmable logic device that EPM7256 AETC100, a novel digital control scheme for an on-line high frequency uninterruptible power system(UPS), which consists of an active power factor correction unit, a battery charging and discharging unit, an inverter, a control unit, an auxiliary power supply and a human-machine interface, is designed in this paper. Firstly, the structure and work principle of this UPS are described. Then, the key digital control technologies such as the dual half-wave power factor correction(PFC), the double-loop control strategy using proportional-resonant(PR) regulator for the inverter, the decoupled double synchronous reference frame phase-locked loop(DDSRF-PLL) are discussed detailedly. Finally, a series of experiments are conducted, and the results verify that the proposed scheme has high feasibility and reliability.
