回顾了油气行业近年来的形势和挑战,梳理了油气企业数字化转型的需求,依据数字化转型的定义和内涵,阐述了企业在在领导力、全方位体验、人力资源、运营、商业模式、信息等领域转型数字化转型的内容,及数字化转型的实施路径,结合国内外油气企业在数字化转型的实际案例,介绍了当前领先企业所取得的成果和实践经验,并展望了油气生产企业近期数字化转型的主要行动方向。
