摘要
在大型武器装备的故障诊断中,运用无线网络技术,组建了基于多级分布式无线监测网络的智能诊断平台,设计了现场监测中心、设备在线监测诊断中心及无线智能检测单元。系统采用基于小波包能量分布与奇异值分解相结合的特征提取方法,运用混合型集成神经网络来完成这些特征信号的局部故障诊断,然后采用D-S证据理论将多个传感器的故障诊断结果进行融合,实现了准确的故障诊断;并采用基于竞争网络集成的在线监测方法,从而构建了某大型武器装备的在线监测与智能诊断系统。
Wireless network technology is adopted in fault diagnosis of large-scale weapon equipment.An intelligent diagnosis platform based on multilevel distributed wireless network is established,and the intelligence wireless test sensor,monitoring centre,online monitoring and diagnosis centre are designed.A feature extraction method based on wavelet packet energy distribution and singular value decomposition is adopted.The mixed integrated neural network is used to carry out the local fault diagnosis,and then the Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is used to fuse the fault diagnosis result from different sensor.So,a more credible and exact diagnosis result is obtained.And that an online monitoring method based on integrated multilayer competition network is adopted,so that online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system of the large-scale weapon equipment is established.
