摘要
介绍了Profibus-DP现场总线协议的原理,变频器与DP主站间的通信以及变速传动行规的数据报文。以变频器、S7-300PLC、ET200和触摸屏组成的Profibus-DP现场总线控制系统为例,论述了参数设置和软件编程的方法,并给出了语句表格式的PLC程序。此变频控制系统的可靠性和优越性已在实际工程中得到验证。
The principle of Profibus-DP, the communication between inverter and DP master station, and the data packet of profidrive are simply introduced. Take a Profibus-DP control system with inverter, S7-300, ET200 and touch panel for example, presented the parameter setting and programming method, also showed the PLC routine in STL. This inverter control system is proved to be reliable and excellent in practical project.
