摘要
设计了PLC与LED显示器、打印机的接口电路。硬件上采用光电耦合器来实现逻辑电平的转换;软件上利用PLC丰富的计数器使PLC扫描时序满足外设接口时序的要求,将所需数据传送出去。从而使PLC同时具有实时显示和打印输出功能,以便随时监测并记录现场运行参数,避免因人工记录数据出现的错误。经实际操作证明,该方案较易实现,具有很强的实用性。
It is designed the interface circuit, which is used to connect the PLC with LED and printer, adopting opto-isolator to finish the logic level conversion at hardware, and utilizing the counter of PLC to make the scan time sequence of PLC meet the time sequence request of outside set up interface. So we can make it not only display but also print in real time, in order to detect and write down the run-time parameters at any time, avoiding the mistake that comes from the artificial record. It has been proved that has realizing nature and very strong practibility that the better one can.
