摘要
当前我国别墅在房地产开发热潮的影响下,成为中高端住宅的代表,表现出越来越多的特点和情况,随着别墅市场的竞争,表现出风格多样、设计层出不穷的特性。为了更好地使别墅发挥出经济、社会等综合效益,应该对别墅的设计进行深入的研究。本文对当代我国别墅设计演进的情况做以简述,并在此基础上,提供了别墅设计发展的方向,希望对行业从事别墅设计工作起到总结和导向作用,使别墅设计风格更好地反映建筑市场的实际和需要。
Our villa in the impact of the real estate development boom,become the representative of the high-end residential and show more and more characteristics and situations.With the villa market competition,it shows a variety of styles and design endless characteristics.In order to better enable the villa to play the economic,social and other comprehensive benefits,the designers should in-depth study on the design of the villa.In this article,the author gives a short description of the evolution of contemporary Chinese villa design,and on this basis,provides a development direction of the villa design,and hopes to play summary and guiding role for peers who engaged in the villas design work so as to make the villa design style better reflect the actual construction market and the need.
