摘要
基于声弹性理论,采用临界折射纵波法测量12 mm厚Q345C钢对接接头残余应力,测试过程中采用频率2.5 MHz的一发一收探头,获得对接接头不同区域的残余应力分布状态。由于超声在传播过程中材料的微观组织尺寸和形貌会影响超声波的传播速度,通过对焊接接头不同区域分别进行标定,得到各个区域的应力系数K,提高了Q345C钢焊接接头残余应力测试的精度。通过修正焊接接头微观组织差异性对超声波声速的影响,促进临界折射纵波法测试残余应力的工程化应用。
Based on the theory of acoustic elasticity,the residual stress of butt joint of 12 mm thick Q345C steel was measured by critical refraetion longitudinal wave method. During the test,a 2.5 MHz frequency probe was used to get the residual stress distribution in different regions of butt joint. The uhrasonie propagation velocity will be affected in the process of spreading by the size,morphology and microstructure of the material,based on different regions of welded joints were calibrated by the stress coefficient K value of each area,improve the residual stress of the joint test precision welding of Q345C steel. By modifying the influence of the microstructurc difference on the uhrasonic velocity,the engineering application of the critical refraction longitudinal wave method to test the residual stress is promoted.
