摘要
我国电力系统配电网目前主要采用人工带电作业方式进行系统的抢修及日常维护。带电作业时操作工人处于高电压、强电场的环境中,容易引发人身伤亡事故。研发带电作业机器人,来替代工人进行配电网带电作业是技术发展的必然方向。本文在详细介绍国内外带电作业机器人研发历程的基础上,分析对比了当前带电作业机器人的技术优势及存在的问题,并设计提出了新的技术发展路线。对后续的带电作业机器人研发具有借鉴意义。
To make urgent repair and maintenance, the manual hot-line work is often adopted by the power distribution network in China currently. However, due to the effect of high voltage and strong field, personal accident often occurs. Therefore, developing a robot for hot-line work instead of humans has become the tendency. Based on the detailed introduction on hot-line work robots, this paper makes a thorough analysis about the technical advantages and disadvantages and proposes a new kind of technical developing roadmap for hot-line work robots, which provides a reference for further research.
