摘要
采用Arduino单片机为微控制器,实现了一个可直接进行雕刻的迷你激光雕刻机系统,该系统主要包括电源模块、中央处理模块、上位机模块、电机驱动模块、激光器驱动模块、机械传动结构模块、显示模块等部分,具有弱光定位、在非金属物体表面烧刻出由计算机传输的图案、重复雕刻、印章阴阳雕刻等功能。系统采用Arduino Nano型单片机构成中央处理系统模块,通过对输入的图片进行图像处理,生出相关的光路文件,再利用串口将该文件导入Arduino中,结合步进电机动作,激光的输出功率调节,实现高精度的激光雕刻,并以显示模块实时显示当前的雕刻工作状态。
