摘要
在新现代化研究领域,现代化既是一个世界现象,也是一种文明进步,还是一个发展目标。现代化国家是现代化水平达到世界先进水平的国家。要成为现代化国家,需要尊重规律,尊重国情,选择合适的目标、路径、模式和重点。2020年的中国将是一个初等发达国家,处于发展中国家的中间位置。中国目标是一个百年目标,包括四个台阶和六化建设,走到世界前列,实现伟大复兴。中国可以选择综合现代化路径,采用"运河战略"迎头赶上。未来30年的模式建议以知识化为主,以生活质量为中心。未来10年的重点建议向生活质量进军,质量优先,双轮驱动,六化协同,共建共享,绿色发展。
Modernization has become a worldwide phenomenon, a civilization progress and a development goal in the field of new modernization study. Modernized country refers to the one that enjoys a world-advanced level of modernization. How to construct a modernized country is an interdisciplinary issue and there is no unified answer to it up till today. This paper discusses the goal, roadmap, model and priorities of China＇s modernization in the coming 30 years, and suggests that China should adopt the integrated modernization and canal strategy, and focus on the building of hizh-qualitv life.
