摘要
综述了国内外陶瓷颗粒增强铁基复合材料制备工艺的研究进展,包括粉末冶金法、电阻烧结法、铸渗法和原位合成法。从增强粒子的含量、尺寸以及基体与增强体之间的界面三个方面,综述了陶瓷颗粒增强铁基复合材料显微组织设计的研究现状。
The research progress of preparation process of ceramic particle reinforced iron matrix composite wasreviewed, including powder metallurgy, resistance sintering, casting infiltration and in-situ synthesis. The research status of themicrostructure design of ceramic particle reinforced iron matrix composite was reviewed from the following three aspects:content and size of reinforced particle and the interface between the matrix and the reinforcement.
