摘要
中医培土生金是以五行理论为基础,通过培补脾土,恢复肺脏功能,以治疗肺脏亏虚。小儿肺炎喘嗽恢复期,余邪未尽而正气已虚,多表现为肺脾气虚、肺胃阴伤。运用培土生金法,从疾病本质出发,调理后天之本脾胃来恢复肺脏功能,对治疗肺炎喘嗽恢复期往往收到令人满意的疗效。
In TCM,the method of＂reinforcing earth to generate metal＂which is based on the generation relationship among the five elements,means to treat the deficiency of lung-metal by nourishing spleen-earth to recover its function. In the stage of convalescence of pediatric pneumonia,pathogenic factors residue but the vital energy has been insufficient,which often presents as Qi deficiency of lung-spleen,Yin harm of lung-stomach. From the nature of the disease,the treatment would be efficient to recover the lung＇s function by regulating the postnatal basement——＂spleen and stomach＂,using the method of reinforcing earth to generate metal.
