摘要
目的在确保仪器运行良好,结果准确可靠的前提下,研制日立7600全自动生化分析仪碱性清洗液,降低仪器运行成本。方法根据全自动生化分析仪清洗原理,结合原装HIALKALI—D清洗液的特点自制碱性清洗液。同等条件下,通过对比实验、精密度试验以及稳定性试验与原装清洗液进行对比分析。结果经生化项目检测,与原装清洗液相比,两者检验结果均无统计学差异(P】0.05),且相关性很好(r】95%)。结论自制清洗液可替代原装清洗液在日立全自动生化分析仪上使用,其有效期长,稳定性好。
Objective To prepare and apply alkaline wash solution for Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer that can ensure reliability of the results and normal operation of the machine in a lower cost.Methods Prepare the alkaline wash solution based on the washing principles on automatic biochemical analyzer and combinated with the characteristic of wash solution made at Hitachi in Japan.Analyze the results through the tests of accuracy,precision and stability compared with the imported original reagents under the same conditions.Results There was good correlation(r>95%)and the data showed no statistically singnificant(p>0.05)between results on prepared solution and original solution.Conclusion The prepared washing solution can replace the original washing solution on Hitachi automatic biochemical analyzer,be stable and effective.
