摘要
介绍了2017年诺贝尔化学奖的3位获得者在冷冻电镜领域的主要贡献,同时介绍了冷冻电镜技术的用途、一般工作流程和其局限性,以及中国学者在冷冻电镜技术应用研究中的贡献。
The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2017 was awarded to three scientists for developing cryo electron microscopy (Cryo-EM). The three scientists' contribution to the development of Cryo-EM is profiled in this paper. Cryo-EM's application, general working process, limitation as well as Chinese scholars' contributions to the application and research of Cryo-EM are also dis- cussed.
