摘要
由信访问题引发的一系列重大的社会安全事件,首先是基于信访人员之间的交流与沟通,然后形成信访人员心理群体,并通过信访来实现其最终目标,如何在做好信访涉稳情报工作时及时准确掌握信访人员的心理变化特点,以正面舆论影响其心理变化,加强心理干预,在思想上预防和控制有信访问题引起的社会安全事件,是当前信访维稳工作的首要任务。
a series of social important security incident caused by petition problem,which the first is based on the exchange and communication of petition staff,and then form the petition personnel psychological group,and by petition to achieve its ultimate goal.So how to do petition timely and accurately and grasp the psychological changes characteristics of the petition staff,affect their psychological changes in a positive opinion,strengthen psychological intervention,prevent and control questions of social security in terms of ideology,which is the primary task of current petition stability work.
