摘要 质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)是有效的胃酸抑制剂,广泛用于胃酸相关性疾病。一般来说,PPIs的安全性好。但在PPIs的长期应用过程中,其安全性及药效受到了多方面的质疑。在心血管疾病治疗领域,PPIs和氯吡格雷之间的药物相互作用,使其联合运用在急性冠状动脉综合征患者中得到了特别的关注。目前,应用PPIs导致的心血管疾病高发人群可能已经从冠状动脉疾病患者中扩展到了普通人群。本文通过对普通人群的PPIs使用所发生心血管疾病的风险,及其潜在的生理机制进行综述,以期为临床治疗疾病提供新的思维。 Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are a group of drugs used primarily to inhibit gastric acid secretion, which is the mainstay medical therapy for a series of common digestive diseases. Generally speaking, the safety of PPIs is very good. However, in the long-term application of PPIs, its safety and efficacy have been questioned in many as- pects. In the field of cardiovascular treatment, considering the drug interaction between PPIs and clopidogrel, its combined applica- tion has received special attention in patients with acute coronary syndromes. Currently, the high prevalence of cardiovas- cular disease among PPIs patients may have expanded from coronary artery disease to the general population. This re- view summarized the possible cardiovascular risks in PPI users with no history of cardiovascular diseases and discussed the possible biological mechanisms.
