摘要
蠕化率是判定石墨蠕化好坏和评定蠕墨铸铁质量的重要指标。本研究归纳了蠕墨铸铁生产中蠕化率检测技术的现状,指出了按蠕化率检测目的不同可分为炉前铁液预测技术和炉后铸件检测技术两大类,并讨论了两大类评价技术的主要进展和存在的问题。在此基础上,对蠕化率炉前预测技术和炉后检测技术的进一步研究提出了建议,炉前铁液预测技术向快速、准确、简便的评价方法发展,炉后铸件检测向金相自动成像评价和在线无损检测两方面发展。
The vermicular graphite rate is an important index to determine the vermicularizing effect and to evaluate the quality ofvermicular graphite cast iron. In this paper, the research situation of testing the vermicular graphite rate ofvermicular graphite cast iron was summarized. It is put forward that the testing technology can be divided into two categories according to the different purposes, namely the liquid iron prediction technology before pouring and the casting evaluation technology after solidification, and their main progresses and existing problems were discussed. On this basis, the suggestions were put forward for further studying the testing technology. The rapid, accurate and simple evaluating methods will be developed for the liquid iron prediction before pouring, and the automatic metallographic imaging technology and online non-destructive evaluation will be used to the casting evaluation after solidification.
