摘要
探讨不同体质健康水平大学生睡眠习惯之间的差异。结果表明,体质健康状况与起床时间、就寝时间、入睡时间,醒后失去的睡眠时间之间存在显著的差异,而总睡眠时数、自觉一天所需睡眠时数差异不显著,大学生在周末、假日等非上课时间比上课日有较高比例晚睡晚起、睡眠总时数长的倾向;体质健康较佳的大学生,有较高比例适当充足睡眠,就寝与起床时间较集中,而体质健康较差者,则有较高比例的睡眠少、晚睡与晚起。
This study aimed to examine the sleeping habits differences among college students with various physical fitness and health levels. The result showed that physical fitness and health differs because of bedtime,wake-up time,falling-asleep time after start trying,lost sleeping time while waking up during the night,but total amount of sleep,self feeling of total amount of acquired and needed sleep had no significant differences; A higher proportion of college students stayed up late,woke up late,and slept longer on weekends and holidays than on workdays; For those college students who enjoyed relatively good physical fitness,a higher proportion of them enjoyed proper sufficient sleep,while for those who suffered from relatively bad physical fitness,a higher proportion of them suffered from insufficient sleep,wend to bed late and woke up late.
