摘要
目的:对标准制剂金黄膏粒度情况进行分析。方法:设定打粉设备的筛网分别为80、100、200目筛,对金黄膏的原料药材进行打粉,用Mastersizer 2000激光粒度分析仪进行粒度测定。结果:当打粉设备的筛网分别为80、100、200目筛时,我院金黄膏原料粉中,有9.12%、5.04%和1.56%大于180μm的粒子通过了筛网,而其他两家医院金黄膏原料粉则有近1/3大于180μm的粒子通过了筛网,均不符合2015版药典软膏剂通则项下对粒度的规定。结论:金黄膏是一种十分常用的中药外用制剂,在我院有特殊的地位。然而,中国药典软膏剂通则项下对粒度的规定与中药饮片打粉的现状有一定的距离,这导致金黄膏粒度不达要求已经成为一个行业普遍现象。应该继续累积数据,为制定符合实际情况的中药粉末粒度标准提供依据。
Objective: To analyze the particle size of Jinhuang ointment. Methods: Raw material of Jinhuang ointment was smashed into powder with 80, 100 and 200 mesh. Particle size was determined using Mastersizer 2000. Results: Under 80, 100, 200 mesh, respectively 9.12%, 5.04% and 1.56% particle (〉180 μm) in Jinhuang powder of our hospital went through mesh. However, for Jinhuang powder of two other hospital, 1/3 particle (〉 180 μm) went through mesh. Neither satisfied requirements of Pharmacopeia (2015 edition). Results: Jinhuang Ointment has been often used in TCM surgery and has special role in our hospital. However, because there is certain distance between current situation and Pharmacopeia criteria tor TCM powder, it is normal lot TCM powder not to satisfy requirement of Pharmacopeia (2015 edition). More data should be accumulated for new criteria which can satisfy current situation.
