摘要
针对海绵钛生产线存在大量中温余热热量散失,同时带来热污染,依据使用要求进行优化设计,提出了热风余热回收方案,实现余热资源梯级利用,形成形式相对简化、节能高效的余热回收系统。
Large heat quantity of residual heat in the titanium sponge production line is lost, which also brings about heat pollution and should be optimized according to design requirements. This paper put forward the hot air waste heat recovery scheme,which can realize the cascade utilization of residual heat resources and formed relatively simplified and efficient waste heat recovery system.
