摘要
广东药科大学是广东省培养高级医药卫生专门人才和新药研发、成果转化的重要基地。学校以"应用型创新人才"培养为目标,为提高实践教学质量,学校在构建校企深度合作的大学生校外实践基地方面,开展中药学应用型创新人才培养模式的系列改革。通过校企融合构建相对独立而系统的实践教学体系,加速适应实践教学需求的师资队伍建设,完善实践教学的考核制度,并为学生就业提供途径,这一模式值得加以推广。
Guangdong Pharmaceutical University is an important base to train medical professionals, it aims to cultivate ＂ the talents with application and innovation abilities ＂. Our University strived to explore the new ways of training model for talents, and co- operated with enterprises in different ways to achieve the win - win situation among university, enterprises and students. Training model of cooperation between universities and enterprises is a right way, which can integrate effectively the teaching resources of universities and enterprises, give full play to their strengths, and train applied - type undergraduate talents to meet the social needs.
