摘要
工业企业是节能工作的重点领域。随着节能工作的深入开展,中小企业节能任务越来越重,在新的形势下,中小企业节能降耗工作应予以充分重视。抓好中小企业节能,对促进工业节能,推动科技进步,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,推动节能减排,发展低碳经济具有重要意义。抓好中小企业节能应以科学发展观为指导,在抓好耗能大户的同时,更加注重中小企业节能,在节能工作重心上,由过去抓重点耗能企业向抓大中小企业并重转变;在节能政策措施上,由向重点耗能企业倾斜向兼顾大中小企业转变,坚持一手抓重点耗能企业,一手抓中小企业节能降耗,实现两手抓、两促进,共同推动工业节能工作深入开展。
Industrial enterprises are the focus areas of energy conservation. With the energy-saving work in-depth carried out, energysaving tasks of SMEs are increasingly heavier. In the new situation, energy saving work of SMEs should be highly emphasized, because to pay adequate attention to energy saving work of SMEs is of a great significance for raising industrial energy efficiency, scientific and technological progress, building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, promoting energy-saving & emission reduction and developing low-carbon economy. With the guidance of scientific outlook on development, focus of energy-saving work transit from major energy-consuming enterprises to equal emphasis on medium and small enterprises, that is, paying more attention to SMEs energy saving while good supervision on energy-hungry ones. Persist in grasping key energy-consuming enterprises on the one hand with SMEs on the other hand, achieved with both hands, both to promote, co-promotion of industrial energy conservation campaign.
