摘要
本文分析了高校专利管理在科技创新中的作用和专利管理的重要性,针对我国高校专利管理工作中存在的问题,结合高校的实际情况提出了对专利管理工作的对策。
This paper analyzes the role and importance of patent management of colleges and universities in technology innovation and gives its Countermeasures in accordance with its actual situation and the problems in the patent management of China's colleges and universities.
