摘要
目的探究泡沫硬化剂注射联合大隐静脉高位结扎在下肢静脉曲张治疗中应用效果。方法选取该院2015年4月‐2016年5月收治的104例下肢静脉曲张患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组患者行泡沫硬化剂注射联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗;对照组患者行传统大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术治疗,比较两组患者手术相关指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分情况以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者住院时间、首次下床活动时间和手术时间均短于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者术后2周VAS评分均比同组患者手术前低(P<0.05);观察组患者术后2周VAS评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为5.77%(3/52),明显低于对照组患者的19.23%(10/52)(P<0.05)。结论较传统大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术,泡沫硬化剂注射联合大隐静脉高位结扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张效果更为显著,可减轻患者创伤及疼痛感,且并发症少,利于患者快速康复。
[Objective] To investigate the application effects of sclerosing foam injection and high ligation of great saphenous vein in treatment of lower extremity varicose vein （LEVV）. [Methods] A total of 104 LEVV patients admitted in the hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases in each group. The observation group was given sclerosing foam injection and high ligation of great saphenous vein, while the control group was treated with traditional high ligation of great saphenous vein and stripping. The surgical indexes, Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） scores, incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. [Results] Compared with the control group, the intraoperative bleeding volume was smaller, hospital stays, first leaving bed time, operation time were shorter in the observation group （P 〈0.05）; two weeks after surgery, the VAS scores of two groups were respectively lower than those before surgery, and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）; the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.77% （3/52）, which was lower than 19.23% （10/52） in the control group （P 〈0.05）. [Conelusion] Compared with traditional high ligation of great saphenous vein and stripping, sclerosing foam injection and high ligation of great saphenous vein in treatment of LEVV is more effective, it can reduce injury and pain and promote quick recovery with less complications.
