摘要
目的设计一款高效稳定、便于操作的老年患者跌倒风险控制管理软件,开展临床应用并进行评价。方法采用自行设计的老年患者跌倒风险控制管理软件满意度调查问卷对该院的100名医务人员进行调查。结果临床医务人员对软件性能稳定性、可靠性、易操作性、跌倒健康教育内容全面性、数据采集科学性、预警性、患者及家属防跌倒知识掌握情况及医务人员培训效率等方面均满意。结论医务人员满意老年患者跌倒风险控制管理软件的功能,推荐使用。
[Objective] To design a fall risk management software for the elderly patients with high efficiency, stability and operability, then to carry out the clinical application and evaluation. [Methods] Using the satisfaction questionnaire of self- designed elderly patients fall risk control management software, 100 medical staffs of our hospital were investigated. [Results] The medical staff were satisfied with the following aspects such as stability, reliability and operability of the software performance, the comprehensiveness of fall-down healthy education, the scientificity of data collection, the early warning function of the software, the mastery of fall prevention knowledge in patients and their family members, and the training efficiency of medical staff. [Conclusion] The medical staff are satisfied with the function of fall risk management software in the elderly patients, and it is recommended to be used.
