新疆民族中小学汉语教学学科定位及内涵建设思考 被引量:2

Reflections on the Orientation and Connotation of Chinese Language Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools in Xinjiang Autonomous Region

摘要 新疆民族中小学汉语教学承担着少数民族学生学习国家通用语言文字的任务,新时期这一教学形式出现了许多新的情况和问题亟需解决。文章从学科定位探究着眼,阐明了这一教学是汉语作为第二语言教学的性质,结合《汉语课标》的要求,在内涵建设上需要凸显第二语言课程的规律和特点,阐明了汉语应用能力是第三层级的能力,它需要以语言能力和语言交际能力为基础;汉语课程要以工具性为第一要性,汉语教学的首要任务是"教汉语",进而培养学习者的"汉语素养";汉语教学要从"语"走向"文",从"语言层面"逐步过渡到"语文层面",旨在加强新时期新疆民族中小学汉语教学学科建设,提高教学质量,让少数民族学生更好地掌握国家通用语言文字。 Chinese language teaching in ethnic minority primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang plays the role of teaching ethnic minority students standard spoken and written Chinese language.There are many new situations and problems to be dealt with in the new era.This article,from the perspectives of subject orientation,clarifies the nature of teaching Chinese as the second language.Based on the"Chinese Curriculum Standard",it claims the necessity to highlight the principles and characteristics of the second language course,and makes it clear that the use of Chinese should be considered as the third level language ability, which demands the language skills and communicative competence as the foundation.The nature of Chinese course is instrumentality,so the primary task of Chinese teaching is to teach Chinese,so as to cultivate learners "Chinese competence".Chinese teaching should move from the"spoken discourse"toward "the written discourse",from "language skills"gradually to the "Chinese proficiency",so as to strengthen the construction of Chinese discipline and enhance its quality and to enable the ethnic minority students to better learn the standard spoken and written Chinese language.
