摘要 目的:探讨大学生竞争态度、应对方式与学习投入的关系。方法:采用竞争态度量表、应对方式量表和学习投入量表对湖北科技学院369名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果:大学生良性竞争态度与成熟型应对、动机、精力、专注、学习投入均呈显著正相关(Cronhach系数分别为:0.280,0.398,0.414,0.460,0.865);过度竞争态度与不成熟型应对及混合型应对呈显著正相关(Cronhach系数分别为:0.149,0.230);成熟型应对方式与动机、精力、专注、学习投入均呈显著正相关(Cronhach系数分别为:0.229,0.214,0.233,0.246)。良性竞争态度、成熟型应对方式对动机有显著的正向预测作用,解释率为22.1%;良性竞争态度、成熟型应对方式对精力有显著的正向预测作用,解释率为23.8%;良性竞争态度对专注有显著的正向预测作用,解释率为20.9%;良性竞争态度、成熟型应对方式对投入总得分有显著的正向预测作用,解释率为25.3%。结论:竞争态度及应对方式对学习投入具有一定的正向预测作用,这为提高大学生的学习投入水平提供了一定的相应理论基础和指导。 Objective To explore the relationship between college students' competitive attitude and coping style and learning input. Methods A total of 369 college students in Hubei Science and Technology College were investigated by competitive attitude scale, coping style scale and learning input scale. Results There was a significant positive correlation between positive competition, motivation, energy, focus and learning input. There was a significant positive correlation between over-competitive attitude and immature coping and mixed coping; mature coping style and motivation, energy, focus and learning. Benign competition attitude and mature coping style have significant positive predictive effect on the motivation, the explanatory rate is 22.1%; benign competition attitude and mature coping style have significant positive predictive effect on the energy, the interpretation rate is 23.8%; benign competition Attitude has a significant positive predictive effect, the explanatory rate is20.9%; benign competition attitude, mature coping style has a significant positive predictive effect on the total score, the explanatory rate is 25.3%. Conclusion The competitive attitude and the coping style of the learning input of the predictability,which in order to improve the level of investment in college students for a certain theoretical basis and guidance.
