摘要
伴随文化遗产保护意识的逐步提高,传统村落保护与发展已经成为社会各界关注的热点。传统村落价值评价是传统村落保护与发展亟待深入探索的基础性研究内容。文章系统地梳理国内传统村落价值评价研究的相关文献,发现已有研究的评价目的偏向评选和利用,评价主体以专家为主导,评价客体侧重历史、艺术与科学价值,评价方法注重定性与定量相结合,评价指标具有可比性、可量化的特点。同时也存在评价指标体系研究深度不够、研究思路趋同等问题。认为传统村落价值评价将会进入以保护为目的的研究阶段,需要从多元主体、整体性、地域性等方面进一步研究。
With the gradual improvement awareness of cultural heritage protection, the protection and development of traditional villages have become the focus of social concern. Traditional villages＇ value evaluation is a basic research content that needs to be deeply explored in the protection and development of traditional villages. Systematically combing the domestic relevant literature of traditional villages value evaluation study, it is found that the evaluation purpose of the existing research is to select and use, the subject of evaluation is dominated by experts, and the object of evaluation is focused on histow, art and science value, the evaluation methods focus on the combination of qualitative and quantitative, and the evaluation indexes are comparable and can be quantified. It also has some problems at the same times, such as the depth of the evaluation index system, the convergence of the research ideas and so on. It is believed that the traditional villages＇ value evaluation vail enter the stage of protection for the purpose of research, further research is needed from the aspects of multiple subjects, integrity, regional and so on.
