科技期刊新编辑要入门并快速成长,需要经过自我修炼的过程:主动学习、注重积累,积极实践、主动参与,持续关注、注重交流。边干边学,在积累中逐渐成长。
It is a process of self-cultivation for the new editors of sci-tech journals to get started and grow quickly.The selfcultivation includes active learning and focusing on accumulation,keeping practicing and active participation,sustained attention and paying attention to communication.Through learning by doing can the editors grow up gradually in the accumulation.
