摘要
在靶试过程中,某批S20A合金结构钢弹壳在靶试过程中发生横断失效,通过化学成分分析、宏观分析、硬度测试、金相检验以及扫描电镜分析等方法,对该弹壳的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:在靶试过程中,弹壳局部受热发生再结晶,使该区域硬度降低,同时受到高速剪切力从而导致弹壳在该区域断裂。
In the process of shooting test,a batch of S20 Aalloy structural steel cartridge shells fractured transversally.Methods such as chemical composition analysis,macro analysis,hardness test,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope analysis and so on,were used to analyze the fracture reasons of the cartridge shells.The results show that the reason for the fracture of cartridge shells should be the recrystallization occurred in the local heating area of the shell during the process of shooting test,and the hardness of the region was reduced.At the same time,the shell fracture was caused by the high speed shear force.
