摘要 水质常规监测中,大肠菌群的检测多采用多管发酵法,由于国标方法费时费力,在水样多并且时间紧的情况下,越来越不能满足实际监测的需要。本研究采用微生物快速检测法,通过大量的对比试验,得到初始接菌量与达到0.2吸光度所需时间呈现良好的线性关系,平行样达到0.2吸光度所用的时间基本一致。结果证明,该方法可快速、简便检测出水样中大肠菌群数值,检测时间比国标方法缩短了3/4。该方法与国标的多管发酵法进行比较,两种方法所测结果经检验无明显的差异。 oliform group were detected by multitubular fermentation in routine monitoring of water quality. Due to the time-consuming and laborious method of Chinese Standard, it becomes more and more difficult to meet the needs of actual monitoring under the condition of more water samples but with tight time. The purpose of this study is to establish a rapid detection method. Through a large number of com- parative experiments, there was a good linear relationship between the initial inoculum size and the time required to reach 0.2 absorbance, and the time of reaching 0.2 absorbance of parallel sample was basically the same. The results show that this method is rapid and simple to detect coliform bacteria in water sam- ples, and the detection time is shortened by 3/4 compared with the Chinese Standard method. This method was compared with the multitubular fermentation method of Chinese Standard. The results of the two methods were not statistically different.
