术中脊髓神经电生理监测与肌松水平关联性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨分析术中脊髓神经电生理监测与不同肌松水平的关联性。方法选取进行术中脊髓神经电生理监测的脊柱损伤患者40例,采用咪达唑仑和丙泊酚静脉麻醉,多库氯铵维持肌松,监测肌松水平状况和两种电生理监测方式(体感诱发电位和运动诱发电位)的波幅和潜伏期。结果体感诱发电位监测对于不同肌松水平的波幅和潜伏期差异均无显著性(P>0.05),运动诱发电位监测对于不同肌松水平的潜伏期差异无显著性(P>0.05),但右下肢与左上肢的波幅有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论不同肌松水平对体感诱发电位无显著影响,而对MEP有所影响,主要是影响不同部位的波幅;而运动诱发电位波形的改变也有助于提示患者的脊髓神经缺血或损伤;TOF中的T_1处于45%~55%基础值是较为理想的肌松水平。
