摘要
为了解决纺丝盘内部密封结构密封效果不佳和零件耐腐蚀能力较差等问题,分析单油封式和双油封式纺丝盘内部密封结构存在的问题,针对性设计出一种新型纺丝盘内部密封结构,并对改进后的密封结构、零件材质和抗磨损及密封处理等进行探讨。指出:改进后的纺丝盘内部密封结构密封措施得当,非金属材质零件品种较少,防腐蚀能力强,油封和V型密封圈的润滑效果好,且安装维护方便,满足使用要求。
To solve the problems of poor sealing effect and poor corrosion resistance of parts in the inner sealing structure of the spinning disc, analysis is done to the problems with the single oil seal and double oil seal in the inner sealing structure of the spinning disc, and a new inner sealing structure of the spinning disc is introduced.Probing is done to the improved seal structure regarding material,anti wear and sealing treatment.It is pointed out that the improved inner sealing structure of the spinning disc is properly sealed, and the varieties of non-metallic parts are few, and the corrosion resistance is strong.The lubrication effect of the oil seal and the V type seal ring is good, and the installation and maintenance are convenient, so as to meet the requirements of use.
