摘要
为提高拼宽桥承受基础沉降差的能力,将拼宽部分沉降模式分为线性沉降和均匀沉降,基于某T梁桥拼宽工程,采用Midas FEA建立实体模型,在旧桥连接中梁(原旧桥边梁)下设置轴向刚度略低的支座,分析沉降应力,得出轴向刚度略低的支座对拼宽T梁桥造成的不利影响基本可以忽略,但能够使得上部结构最大拉应力和切应力在拓宽部分线性沉降下分别降低38.1%和21.9%,在均匀沉降下分别降低24.2%和18.1%,将线性沉降和均匀沉降下的原设计支座的容许沉降差8mm和3mm分别提高至10mm和4mm.此外,相比传统应对拼宽桥沉降差的措施,低刚度支座还具有实施简单、时间短和成本低等优点,值得推广应用.
In order to improve the capacity of a widened bridge to withstand the foundation set- tlement difference, the foundation settlement of the widened part is divided into linear settlement and overall settlement, the solid model is established based on a widened T-beam bridge project using Midas FEA,and a low-stiffness bearing is set in the connecting middle beam of the old bridge (formerly the old bridge side beam). By analyzing settlement stress,it is concluded that the maxi- mum tensile stress and shear stress of the upper structure decreased by 38.1% and 21.9% in linear settlement,and 24.2 ~ and 24.2 % in overall settlement, and the allowable settlement difference of original design bearings increased from 8ram in linear settlement and 3mm in overall settlement to 10ram and 4mm respectively. In addition, the low-stiffness bearing has the advantages of simple implementation, short time and low cost etc. and it is worth popularization and application.
