内蒙古典型草原羊粪和牛粪分解过程中有机氮组分的变化 被引量:1

Changes of Organic Nitrogen Fractions during the Decomposition of Sheep and Cattle Dung in Inner Mongolia Steppe

摘要 有机态氮是放牧牲畜粪氮的主要存在形态,其在粪块分解过程中的变化对放牧生态系统氮素循环有重要影响.2008年6月-2009年9月,采用人工堆置于地表和埋入地下处理,研究了内蒙古典型草原羊粪和牛粪分解过程中有机氮组分的变化特征.2种粪块基本类似,氨态氮、氨基酸态氮和氨基糖态氮的初始浓度较高,分解过程中呈降低趋势,分解率和分解速率明显高于酸解未知氮和非酸解未知氮.两种粪块的有机氮形态分布特征与土壤明显不同.双因素方差分析(Two-way ANOVA)表明,有机氮组分变化受粪块类型、堆置处理的显著影响,但无两种粪块之间的明显规律性差异.因此,在排泄入草地的第一个生长季中,两种粪块氮素矿化的主要有机氮源为氨态氮、氨基酸态氮和氨基糖态氮;有机氮组分分解对草地土壤氮素循环的影响主要取决于2种粪块的形状和在草地中排泄的空间分布特征差别. Organic N is the main N form in the dung of grazing livestock,which play important roles in the N cycling of a grazing ecosystem. In current study,sheep or cattle dung were deposited on the soil surface or beried in the soil from June 2018 to September 2009 in Inner Mongolia typical steppe,and the dynamic changes of the organic N fractions of the dung was investigated. For these dung from sheep or cattle,the initial concentrations of ammoniacal N (AN),amino acid N (ANN) and amino sugar N (ASN) were relatively higher, and decreased during decompositon. Moreover, they have relatively higher ratio of degradation and rate of decomposition than Acid hydrolysable unknown nitrogen (AHUN) and Unhydrolysabte unknown nitrogen (UUN). The organic N distri- bution pattern of the sheep or catttle dung pads were different from that of the soil. The two-way ANOVA analysis showed that,the dung form and deposition way significantly afftected the changes of organic N fractions. However, no significant difference could be found between the sheep dung and cattle dung. Our reasults suggested that,the main organic N sources of N mineralization in two kinds of dung pads are AN,AAN and ASN. The influences of the decomposition of organic N frac- tions on the grassland soil N cycle are maily depending on the size and spatial distribution of the dung pads in grassland.
