摘要
【目的】探讨柳州自驾车露营旅游的发展方向和对策,加快柳州自驾车露营旅游的发展,促进柳州旅游产业转型升级。【方法】通过文献资料搜集、实地考察、座谈访问的方法调查柳州自驾车露营旅游发展的状况,运用管理科学的"SWOT"模型,分析柳州自驾车露营旅游发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。【结果】柳州资源丰富、交通便利、经济发展速度快,2016年柳州建成自驾车营地8个,到2020年预计建成自驾车营地22个。目前柳州自驾车露营旅游发展存在着旅游基础设施、旅游公共服务体系不完善,专业人才缺乏;露营产品类型单一,缺乏特色品牌,设施和配套服务不完善;露营产品类型单一,品牌产品缺乏,设施和配套服务不完善等问题(原文重复)。【建议】柳州应立足良好资源、交通和经济优势,抓住发展的机遇,加快推进旅游规划编制、政策制定;完善旅游基础设施建设、公共服务系统,提供配套服务;创建露营地安全保障机制,打造自驾车露营旅游品牌,加强专业人才的培养。
[ Objective ] It aims to discuss the direction and countermeasures of road-trip/camping, accelerate the development of the tourism and further tourism industry transformation and upgrading in Liuzhou. [ Method] Conditions of road-trip/camping tourism are investigated based on literature, field research, symposiums and interview; related strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are analyzed with ＂SWOT＂ model. [ Result ] Liuzhou boasts abundant resources with convenient transportation and rapid economy growth. In 2016, Liuzhou completed eight ro^id-trip camps. It is expected that Liuzhou will have 22 road-trip camps by 2020. Current problems lie in：inadequate infrastructure construction and public service system in tourism;scanty camping products and characteristic brands;and inadequate complementary service and facilities. [ Suggestion ] Liuzhou should make full use of strengths in resources, transportation, and economy. Therefore, suggestions are：to promote planning and policy in tourism;to improve infrastructure construction in tourism, public service system and provide complementary service; to establish camping security mechanism and build self-driving tourism brand; and to strengthen the training of professional talents.
