摘要
研究目的:实证探究社会关系网络影响农地流转的机理,为完善和促进土地流转提出建议。研究方法:采用Heckman模型,利用河北、安徽、山东3省11个县(市、区)456个新型农业经营主体的调查数据,分析社会关系网络对新型农业经营主体土地流转决策的影响。研究结果:(1)强关系影响农户是否转入土地的决策;(2)人情支出占家庭收入的比例影响农户转入土地量的决策;(3)土地租金不是影响新型农业经营主体是否转入土地及转入多少土地的重要影响因素。研究结论:社会关系网络促进了新型农业经营主体的土地流转。
The purpose of this paper is to empirically investigate the mechanism how social network affects farmland transfer, and to put forward suggestions to improve and promote land transfer. The Heckman model was used and data from Hebei, Anhui, and Shandong were analyzed. The results show that： 1 ）strong social network has a significant impact on farmers＇ decision-making on renting in land; 2）the proportion of the social network cost to the rural household income exerts a significant impact on farmers＇ decision-making on the amount of rent-in land; 3）rent level is not a key factor in the land transfer decisions. The conclusion is that social network can promote land transfer initiated by new type agricultural operation actors.
