摘要
采用间作黑麦草、自然生草和清耕3种方式对刺梨园进行地表管理,研究了不同地表管理方式对刺梨园0~40cm土壤养分、微生物和酶活性的影响,以及三者之间的相关性。结果表明:与清耕相比,生草栽培可以调节土壤pH,增加土壤养分含量。间作黑麦草较自然生草显著提高了土壤有机质、全磷、全钾、有效氮含量(P<0.05),自然生草较间作黑麦草显著增加了土壤有效钾含量(P<0.05)。与清耕相比,2种生草方式均显著提高了土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌数量以及微生物总数(P<0.05)。与清耕相比,生草可以显著提高土壤酶活性,并且间作黑麦草对脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性的增加作用大于自然生草。土壤微生物与有机质、全氮、全钾、有效氮含量存在极显著正相关(P<0.01)或显著正相关(P<0.05)。土壤酶活性与有机质、全氮、全磷、有效氮含量之间存在极显著正相关(P<0.01)或显著正相关(P<0.05)。土壤酶与土壤微生物数量之间极显著正相关(P<0.01)或显著正相关(P<0.05)。这说明2种生草栽培均可以改善刺梨园土壤肥力。
The objective of this study was to test the effects of sod-culture on soil nutrients,microorganisms,enzyme activities and relationships among them in Rosa roxburghii Tratt.orchards.Soil was sampled at depth of 0-40 cm in clean tillage(as control),native grass and Lolium perenneintercropping orchards.Soil pH,organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,bacteria,fungi,actinomyces,total microorganisms,the activities of urease,invertase,acid phosphatase and catalase in the Rosa roxburghii orchard soil were measured.The results showed that compared with clean tillage,soil pH and nutrients were improved in two sod-culture treatments.Lolium perenne-intercropping enhanced soil organic matter,total phosphorus,total potassium,available nitrogen as compared with native grass treatment,but soil available potassium in the latter was significantly higher than that in the former.Soil bacteria,fungi,actinomyces,total microorganisms in two sod-cultures greatly increased as compared with control.Among three models,four kinds of soil enzyme activities in two sod-cultures and it was worth noting that Lolium perenne-intercropping was the best in improving the activities of urease,invertase and catalase.Correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations between soil microorganisms and soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total potassium,available nitrogen(P0.01 or P0.05).Moreover,four types of soil enzyme activities were positively correlated with several nutrients indexes such as organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and available phosphorus(P0.01 or P0.05).Finally,correlation analysis showed that all soil enzyme activities were positively correlated to all soil microorganisms(P0.01 or P0.05).Overall,the results indicated that sod-culture enhanced soil fertility in Rosa roxburghii orchard.
