摘要
华法林为临床应用广泛的口服抗凝血药,治疗窗窄,易与药物发生相互作用而导致严重的不良反应.随着活血化瘀类中药在临床的广泛使用,越来越多的中药被发现对华法林药动学及药效学参数造成一定影响,对近五年中药与华法林相互作用进行综述,为临床合理用药提供参考.
Warfarin is widely used as oral anticoagulant in clinical practice. It is easy to in- teract with the drug and cause serious adverse reactions. With the popularization of tradition- al Chinese medicine, more and more Chinese medicine has been found to have some effect on pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic parameters of warfarin. In this paper, the interac- tion between traditional Chinese medicine and warfarin in recent five years was reviewed, which provided the reference for clinical rational drug use.
