摘要
分析了表面加工状态对疲劳性能的影响,建立了基于Manson-Coffin公式考虑表面加工状态的低循环疲劳寿命分析方法。分析不考虑与考虑表面加工状态某FGH96粉末合金盘的低循环疲劳寿命,分析结果表明:表面加工状态对低循环疲劳寿命的影响程度为30%~40%。完成了某FGH96粉末合金盘的低循环疲劳寿命试验,试验结果表明:不考虑表面加工状态的预测寿命分散度大,考虑表面加工状态的预测寿命分散度小。
The influence of surface machining status on fatigue characteristic was investigated.Based on Manson-Coffin formula,a low cycle fatigue life analysis method considering surface machining status was presented.The low cycle fatigue life of FGH96 Powder alloy disk was analyzed considering surface machining status or not.The results showed that the influence on fatigue life was 30-40 percent when considering surface machining status.The low cycle fatigue life test on FGH96 Powder alloy disk was finished.Test results indicate that the forecasting life dispersion is big without considering surface machining status,and the dispersion is small with consideration of surface machining status.
