摘要
分析异位生长激素分泌垂体瘤的胚胎发生学，解剖学分布，临床及影像学表现，诊断，治疗及预后。异位生长激素分泌垂体瘤临床罕见，发病机制认为起源于垂体的胚胎学移行缺陷，定位最常见位于蝶窦内．临床表现主要包括肿瘤的占位效应、生长激素分泌增高引起的症侯群及颅内高压症状等，治疗主要包括手术治疗、放射治疗和药物治疗。
To analyze relative literatures about ectopic GH-seereting pituitary adenomas, its embryology, anatomic distribution, clinical and imaging features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Ectopic GH-secreting pi- tuitary adenomas is a rare disease. Its pathogenesis originates from defects of embryonic migration of pituitary. The most common position is in sphenoid sinus. Clinical features include placeholder effects of tumor, effects of growth hormone secretion, and intracranial pressure symptoms, et al. Treatments include surgical treatment, radi- ation therapy and drug therapy.
