乳腺钼靶摄影在女性乳腺检查中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺钼靶X线检查在女性乳腺检查中的应用价值。方法:收集我院2015年3月至2017年3月乳腺检查个体,包括部分体检人员,上述人员同时进行过彩B检查。恶性患者联合手术及病理结果分析。结果:乳腺增生125例,良性结节78例,恶性肿块及异常钙化8例,其B超显示增生132例,良好结节89例,恶性肿块4例,钼靶加B超12例考虑恶性病例均作手术及病理处理,证实9例为恶性病变。结论:乳腺钼靶摄片对恶性肿块及异物钙化的特异性较高,在女性乳腺检查中有较高的应用价值,值的在临床上推广使用。 Objective:To investigate the application value of mammography in women breast examination.Method:in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 including individual breast examination,part of the medical staff,the staff at the same time the color B.Combined surgery and pathological analysis of malignant patients.Results:125 cases of breast hyperplasia,78 cases of benign nodules,8 cases of malignant tumors and abnormal calcification,the ultrasound showed hyperplasia in 132 cases,good nodules in 89 cases,4 cases of malignant tumors,12 cases with ultrasound mammography considered malignant cases were given surgery and pathology,9 cases were confirmed as malignant lesions.Conclusion:mammography has a high specificity for malignant tumor and calcification of foreign body.It has a high application value in the examination of female breast.
