摘要
文摘1420铝锂合金锻件主要失效类型有成分偏析、氧化物夹杂和延迟开裂。本文根据失效分析的结果,结合对锻件从生产、检验、存放到最后加工为成品的整个工艺流程的研究和分析,提出了9个方面的质量管控措施,防止失效故障的发生,有效地提高了1420铝锂合金锻件的质量可靠性。
The main failure types of 1420 Al-Li alloy forgings are component segregation, oxide inclusion and delaying structure failure. Based on the failure analysis results and the research of the whole process of forging produc- tion, detecting, storage, and final processing, this article presents nine quality control measures to prevent the fail- ures of the forging, and improve the quality reliability of 1420 Al-Li alloy forgings effectively.
