摘要
为研究新化合物HNPC-A113的杀菌活性,选择水稻纹枯病、小麦白粉病和玉米锈病为防治对象,采用温室盆栽法分别研究了新化合物HNPC-A113对它们的防治活性。结果表明:HNPC-A113对水稻纹枯病、小麦白粉病和玉米锈病均具有很好的防治效果。HNPC-A113对水稻纹枯病的EC_(50)值为1.06mg·L^(-1),与对照药剂噻氟酰胺EC_(50)值0.81 mg·L^(-1)处于同一水平;HNPC-A113对小麦白粉病的EC_(50)值1.21mg·L^(-1),可与对照药剂氟硅唑EC_(50)值1.27 mg·L^(-1)相媲美;HNPC-A113对玉米锈病的EC_(50)值2.42 mg·L^(-1),稍优于对照药剂戊唑醇的EC_(50)值2.76 mg·L^(-1)。HNPC-A113具有广谱杀菌活性,具有进一步研究价值。
In order to study fungicidal activity of the new compound HNPC-A113 Rhizoctonia solani, Erysiphe graminis and Puccinia polysora were selected as control objects, efficacy of HNPC-A113 against them were studied in greenhouse. Results showed that HNPC-A113 had good control effect against Rhizoctonia solani, Erysiphe graminis and Puccinia polysora. HNPC-A113 had high fungicidal activity against Rhizoctonia solani, Erysiphe graminis and Pucciniapolysora with EC50 value of 1.06 mg ·L^-1, 1.21 mg ·L^-1 and 2.42 mg ·L^-1, which were all comparable to that of Thifluzamide, Tluorosilicazole and Tebuconazole with ECso value of 0.81 mg·L^-1, 1.27 mg·L^-1, 2.76 mg·L^-1, respectively. HNPC-A113 had a broad spectrum of fungicidal activity, and it was valuable for further research and development.
