广州城中村改造风水塘截污工程设计案例分析 被引量:1

摘要 城中村具有人口组成杂乱、城市规划滞后、市政设施缺陷、用地管理混乱等突出问题,给城中村的改造建设带来极大挑战。"以水为财"的风水塘,作为岭南水乡传统生活习俗的一部分,随着社会变迁及城市化不断推进发展,污水直排、管网渗漏、面源污染等问题日益突出,导致风水塘的景观功能不断丧失而逐渐沦为"臭水塘",风水塘的截污治理成为城中村改造的重要工作。以广州市天河区棠下街道棠东村风水塘截污工程为例,综合采用垃圾分类清理、面源污染截流、岸壁加固修复、直排污水引流、渗流污水疏导、渗漏污水生态净化等多种技术手段,对广州市城中村风水塘截污方法进行有益探索,以期为区域风水塘截污工程提供借鉴参考。 Urban village renovation is facing challenges for its characteristics as complex population composition, lagging urban planning, defective municipal facilities and chaotic land management. The landscape function of Fengshui pond as part of Ling-nan culture is losing gradually along with social change and urbanization. The sewage interception engineering is taken as important work in urban village renovation. The Tangdong Fengshui pond sewage interception engineering project in Guangzhou Tianhe district is introduced to show integrated technique as garbage classification, non-point source pollution controlling, gravity wall reinforcement, direct sewage drainage, seepage waste water leading and leakage sewage eenlogical cleaning. The discussion is useful exploration for urban village sewage interception engineering in Guangzhou city, which is reference for regional Fengshui pond sewage interception engineering.
