摘要 研究以卡波姆、羧甲基纤维素钠为基质的双氯芬酸钠凝胶经小鼠皮肤的透过性.方法:分别制备以卡波姆、羧甲基纤维素钠为基质的双氯芬酸钠凝胶.采用Franz扩散池透皮实验,研究以卡波姆、羧甲基纤维素钠作为基质的双氯芬酸钠凝胶分别经两组小鼠皮肤的释放率.结果:两种不同基质的双氯芬酸钠释放率均很高,并且以卡波姆为基质的双氯芬酸钠凝胶释放率大于以羧甲基纤维素钠为基质的凝胶释放率.结论:将卡波姆与羧甲基纤维素钠作为基质,有利于双氯芬酸钠的释放,并且以卡波姆作为基质的凝胶的双氯芬酸钠更易释放。 To study Carbomer, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as matrix of diclofenac sodium through mouse skin permeability. To prepare Carbomer, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as matrix of diclofenac sodium gel. Make the standard curve ofdiclofenac sodium.The skin of mice was divided into two groups. Use the methods of UV Vis spectrophotometry and Franz diffusion cell penetration test.Study on Carbomer, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as diclofenac sodium matrix through mouse skin release rate. The release rates of diclofenac sodium in two different matrices were high, and carbomer asmatrix of Diclofenac Sodium Gel release rate is higher than that of sodium carboxy methyl cellulose. CONCLUSIONS: the carbomer and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as substrate is conducive to the release of diclofenac sodium, and carbomer as diclofenac sodium matrix is easier to release.
