摘要
《锁闭的商业国》是费希特政治经济学的代表作,是其法权思想在现实国家中的具体运用,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。简要介绍锁闭商业国的基本特征,着重阐明费希特政治经济学的真正价值不在于他所构思的一个虚幻的乌托邦本身,而在于它的深刻批判意义。从现代性批判的角度将费希特锁闭商业国的思想概括为三个方面,即对自由贸易、人性、生存与自由之悖论的反思,这对我们今天批判地审视资本主义文明和思考现代性问题具有重要的启示。
Fichte＇s A Closed Commercial Country is one of the masterpieces of political economics,which is the specific application of his thoughts of right in the real country,and has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper briefly introduces the basic characteristics of a commercial country,and then points out that the real value of Fichte＇s political economics is not the illusive utopia itself,but its profound critical significance. Fichte＇s thoughts of a closed commercial country is summarized into three aspects from the perspective of modernity critic,namely free trade,human nature as well as reflections on the paradox between human survival and freedom,which have important enlightenment today for us to critically examine capitalist civilization and think over modernity.
