摘要
复制心肌缺血动物模型是心肌缺血性疾病研究的关键技术之一。本文概括了心肌缺血动物模型的常用制备方法及优缺点,为心肌缺血性相关疾病的研究及治疗提供参考依据。
One of the key techniques in the study of myocardial ischemic diseases is to establish the animal models of myocardial ischemia. In this paper, the common method and characteristics of animal models for myocardial ischemia are summarized, which provide reference for the study of myocardial ischemic diseases.
