摘要
目的探讨优质护理对老年疝气手术期负情绪与复发的影响。方法选取于深圳市龙华区中心医院2014年3月-2016年4月接受手术治疗的80例老年疝气患者,将其以随机数表法平均分成观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用常规护理及优质护理。观察两组患者干预后负情绪(焦虑、抑郁)及术后1年内疾病复发情况。结果观察组患者SAS与SDS评分分别为(43.1±5.8)分、(39.3±5.3)分,均低于对照组的(50.0±5.9)分、(43.1±5.4)分;观察组复发率为2.2%(1/40),低于对照组的17.5%(7/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可有效消除或改善老年疝气手术期患者的负性情绪,并在一定程度上降低疾病复发率,具有良好的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality care to negative emotion and recurrence during operation of senile hernia. Methods Eighty patients with senile hernia who underwent surgical treatment in Shenzhen Longhua District Central Hospital from March 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method. Routine care was given to the control group. Routine care and quality care were given to the observation group. The negative mood（anxiety and depression） and the recurrence of disease within one year after intervention were observed. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were（43.1±5.8） score and（39.3±5.3）score, which were lower than（50.0±5.9） and（43.1±5.4） of the control group; The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.2%（1/40）, which was lower than 17.5%（7/40） of the control group; the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality care can effectively eliminate or improve the negative mood of patients with senile hernia surgery, thus to a certain extent, reduce the recurrence rate of disease, has a good clinical value.
